Rescheduling or Canceling Online
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment,
you must do so on the website no later than 10
full days before your appointment.
Rescheduling or Canceling by Phone
Call the Regional Registration Center at 03-5541-4800,
Prometric Japan Co., Ltd. no later than 10 full
days before your appointment (Business hours:
Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
except holidays). If you pay for a rescheduling fee
by either "International Postal Money Order"
or "Bank Check" made payable to "ETS-GRE",
please send the original one to Prometric Japan Co., Ltd. by
the deadline.

Neither rescheduling nor canceling is accepted after the deadline. Please note that our RRC office is closed on weekends and holidays.

●When the test is scheduled on Tuesday September 12, the deadline for the rescheduling or canceling is Friday September 1.

Once this appointment is made, if you need to reschedule
or cancel it, you must call the registration center no
later than 10 full days before your appointment. There
is a $50 US fee to change your appointment. If you cancel
your appointment prior to the deadline, you will be eligible
for a partial refund of $85 US. |
