Identification Document(s)	Please bring one of the following identification document (ID) on test day. Passport Residence card Your ID must meet all of these requirements: ID must be an original document. Photocopied ID will not be accepted. You cannot present your ID by phone or by any other electronic device. Your photo on the ID has to be clear and recognizable that matches your appearance on test day. Your ID must be valid (unexpired) photo ID. *You must present your identification document(s) and a confirmation letter on the testing day. If you do not present them, you will not be allowed to take the test.

Voucher Purchase
The followings are the details how to purchase vouchers. <For Representative from Organizations> Payment with credit card: Purchase vouchers at Voucher Express (Online voucher purchase system) Organization usage only. Any generic email addresses such as xxx@gmail.com, xxx@yahoo.com are not accepted to create an account. Personal corporate email address must be provided on the form upon submission to apply for an account. The creation of an account requires five business days. Business day: weekday excluding Japan's national holidays * Vouchers cannot be purchased at any test centers in Japan.
Scheduling Procedures
Preparation Before Scheduling an Appointment You are required to submit a headshot photo of you when you schedule your appointment. Your photo will appear on the Confirmation Letter and on the test day, it will be required to be inspected by the staff at the test center to make sure it matches with your identity. In addition, your photo will also appear on your web score report. There are regulations to follow when submitting your photo. Therefore, before you schedule your appointment, please check the regulations and have your photo ready. The voucher purchased by a currency of the country where you want to take a test can be redeemed at the test center (venue). Please make sure that you select a correct currency when you purchase a voucher. If you purchase a wrong voucher, you cannot cancel your order nor can you get a refund. Reschedule / Cancel
Reschedule: To reschedule your appointment, log in using the “Login” button on the top menu. Note: Rescheduling an appointment must be done during the Schedule / Reschedule / Cancel period. * No rescheduling can be done if there are no vacant seats. Cancel: To cancel your appointment, log in using the “Login” button on the top menu. Note: Cancellations must be done during the Schedule / Reschedule / Cancel period. * If you have purchased a voucher, you can schedule another appointment using the same voucher number. You can not get refund for a voucher. * When you use eWallets or Online Banks to make a reservation and cancel it, the amount after deducting 11.64 % of Test fee will be refunded.
Cancellation Fees	No cancellation fees apply. However, 11.64% of Test fee will be applied as Refund fee when you use eWallet or Online Banks. Also, no rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted after the Schedule / Reschedule / Cancel period ends. Please note that regardless of your presence or absence on the test day, no test fee or voucher will be refunded nor will the voucher be reissued.
