About Voucher Express (Online voucher purchase system)
Voucher Regulations
When you purchase voucher, please make sure you are purchasing vouchers with the currency of the country where you are taking the test. So, please make sure you select the correct currency when you purchase the voucher.
Please note that you are only allowed to purchase voucher with currency that are based on the country in the address you registered in your Voucher Express account. If you have selected a voucher of a country different from the country in your registered address, your payment process will not be successful. Therefore, please make sure the currency you select and pay for your voucher matches with the country in your registered address and is also the country where you are taking the test.
If you purchase a wrong voucher, you cannot cancel your order nor can you get a refund.
Vouchers can be used only for the exams you ordered.
You cannot reserve exams will be held after the expiration date.
The number of seat for these exams is limited.
You cannot get any refund under any circumstances.
Prometric, Prometric Testing Centers and the certifying organization are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.
Voucher resales or transfer is strictly prohibited. Resold or transferred vouchers may become invalid.

Please confirm the details of the test you are taking such as client name, program name and voucher group code. Please see the list below.
You are required to use a credit card when purchasing on Voucher Express.
Please understand and agree with the Voucher Regulations when you order a voucher.
Note
If you have not updated your profile or ordered a voucher for more than 90 days after creating an account, you may be required to create an account again.
When you hand off a voucher to the candidates, please make sure that the candidates also understand the Voucher Regulations.
The extention or change of voucher expiration date is not accepted.
Candidates have to take their test before the expiration date of the voucher. Once the voucher expire, it will become invalid.
Candidates are required to complete their exam registration at least 3 business days* prior to the test date.
